If you have questions or concerns in research and teaching that are related to information technology (IT) or media technology, the Central IT and Media Services (ITM) is your competent partner for support in planning and implementing your ideas and projects.

The IMT works in a service-related and especially project-oriented manner, also in different time-limited groups. Under the overall management of Prof. Dr. Gudrun Oevel, it is functionally divided into five departments:

• Infrastructure
• Support
• Applications
• Media
• Administration-IT (VIT)

The central tasks in the areas of finance, personnel, procurement, inventory and controlling are attached to the management division, unless these tasks have been delegated to the division. The following staff units support the entire ZIM:
